However, the game really shines during boss fights. These duels usually occur in specific settings, and the enemies you face can be enormous. Luckily, you can ask for help from other players and NPCs in these situations.

A 100% multiplayer experience

Similarly to the PC and console version, in Elden Ring Mobile, you must stay connected to the Internet to get the full experience. Players can communicate inside the game world, leaving messages with tips or tricks for other players. What's more, you can summon your friends for help in some of the more difficult battles... or, if you so choose, you can even invade other players, making the experience more challenging, tense, and fun. The online component of the game is absolutely vital for maximum enjoyment.

Elden Ring Mobile is Tencent's bid to compete against Genshin Impact, another open-world action RPG that offers outstanding quality, both visually and in terms of gameplay. Only time will tell if adapting Elden Ring to the free-to-play model is as successful as the aforementioned HoYoverse hit.
